I was told that the MP1 interim concluded yesterday (9/27) but I have not seen the interim report card on Parentvue document section? I am new to the Parentvue just wondering. I did see my DC's previous report card/interim/MAP report etc.. Thanks.

It takes a few days. You can look up the grades on PV.

Are the reports automatically generated?

Interims are an outdated legacy from pre computer grading systems. Worry more about what's currently in the grading system.

It means you can log into ParentVue anytime and see your kid’s grades

The value of interims, at least in HS and in my observation, is that they act as a grading-forcing event for teachers, whether by giving them the half-day to grade or just a target by which to get grades in. My DCs have had many classes where half or more of the prior weeks' assignments aren't graded until they are during week leading up to interims. So by giving teachers that goal and that half-day for grading, interims serve a great purpose in my view.

And for those students missing many assignments or not doing well in a class, they are supposed to serve as a check in point from their teachers.
