As the previous poster said, we had a dark mode in beta for a while but I took it down. I may get back to working on it, but I don't have any predictions for a timeline. In the meantime, I have had good luck with the Safari extension called, "Dark Mode for Safari: NightEye" which is available for iOS, iPadOS, and Mac OS. There are a number of similar extensions that can be used alternatively.
