My three kids are in MCPS schools that use Remind as the primary communication tool. Two of my three kids' teachers have been using it with me no problem - messages flow back and forth as needed, etc.
But the teacher of my youngest can't see me and I haven't been getting messages all year! I have no idea where to start with troubleshooting - any ideas? Can I fix this on my end or do I need to try reaching out to the school? I have an old iPhone and don't use the app; the messages come as texts and emails. |
| This exact thing just happened to us. We had to email the front office. They fixed it for us. |

| Yes to email the office (attendance secretary and admin secretary). The classes are populated through Synergy, so I never actually added any parents to my class--they were added automatically using the contact info from Synergy. I did have an issue with my own kid's account and there was some box that wasn't checked on their Synergy record and so our info wasn't matched up. It was an easy fix. |
