How is it a close race?

I mean, Trump supporters, how? Normal people can see his flaws. Did you ever read the book the “emperors new clothes”? How is this even possible in the 21st century in America?

Are you supporters the same type of people who believed in fantastical thinking? Like in dunking witches in the 1500’s in Salem to see if they float?

I just can’t get beyond how he clearly has such a long track record of malevolent acts (stiffing contractors, porn stars cheating, drawing in the weather, sucking off Putin, ELECTION FRAUD, half his cabinet wouldn’t vote for him, stealing secrets).

Bottom line. It’s a cult. Can’t you see that?

I does make one worry for the future of our democracy, does it not?

I’m not part of Trump’s cult and I can see his personality flaws, but I’m voting for Trump because I believe his policies are better for me and the country. I strongly disapprove of the Biden/Harris economic and immigration policies, and I feel they are making me and the country worse off.

I’m not voting for anyone from an administration that caused massive inflation and illegal immigration. I don’t care what you say. Nothing would persuade me to vote for Harris. From what I can tell of her policies (she hasn’t released many), her policies are essentially the same as Biden’s.

If you claim you aren't part of the cult and you're voting for him, then you're even worse than the weirdo MAGA cult. To see who this man is and cast a vote for him is morally depraved.

Hmmm, let's see. He was already President for 4 years and did great, despite Dems spending a big chunk of his and this country's time and money on the Russia hoax. If it wasn't for Covid, he was en route to a pretty easy win for a second term. Not sure why this is controversial. No one is falling for your "OMG it is a cult" nonsense.

A cult is blindly voting for a hand-picked candidate who was not voted for by you or your fellow Dems, and who was soundly voted against in the last primary election.

Enjoy living with the fact that you vote for the candidate endorsed by the KKK. Wrong side of history folks, but keep telling yourself it's because of his "policies"

Funny! One of the cornerstone features about being is a cult is... you don't think you're in a cult. Hopefully a few years from now you can be deprogrammed.

Same. I don’t like him as a person and wish there was a better representative for the Republican Party. But on economics alone- I won’t vote for Harris.

Guess we will just overlook Jan 6th and all the lies about a stolen election leading up to it. How can people overlook that this man is a danger to democracy?

And you are engaging in revisionist history. Gallup says Trump’s average approval rating over 2016-2020 was 41%. And he did not hit 50% for even a single day.

Big "IF" that requires a voter to ignore the worst health crisis in a century. Over 1,000,000 American deaths from a new virus. It's like you need to shut off a part of your brain that enables survival in order to cast a vote for this guy..."IF"....

No way in hell you'd give President Hillary Clinton so much grace if she had f#cked up COVID as badly as Trump.

Further, the inflation literally came from Trump Administration COVID policies!

Funny indeed. I assume you don't think you are in a cult either...but wait, that means you are in a cult!!! OMG!

so the Trump tariffs will increase costs by 20%+ and will exacerbate inflation
the trump tax plan is for the 1% and so most americans will not benefit at all and in most cases will be worse off, particularly if he imposes the VAT which will cost most Americans at least $4,000 per year in additional taxes.

Trump has not pledged to sign the immigration reform bill that he killed this spring.

so...what is trump doing better than what Harris is proposing?

Personally, I draw the line at rape. That is 100% disqualifying in my mind (so is insurrection, BTW).
