I have never worn jewelry but would like to purchase something like earrings, a necklace or bracelet, not overly expensive $200 under
Is there anything low price but nice quality? |

| Just look for 14k or better on the real real or similar. Mejuri has decent stuff, some catbird, but just make sure it’s solid not 14k plated - a lot of name brand jewelry plates low quality brass or silver and it won’t last. |
| Costco. |
Is that Kristin Cavallari's brand? That's the same junk they sell on Amazon for a third of the price. |
Maybe save up a bit more. 18 karat gold will hold its value. 14kt and 10kt is basically junk jewlery. |

18 Karat gold is not going to hold its value enough to make that a consideration, unless you’re buying it at Costco on a coupon. If value is your main concern, buy the jewelry you like and use the savings over the 18 K version to buy actual bullion. You almost always come out ahead. The only thing that matters with jewelry is how well it wears. The best is vintage jewelry because you already know what usage will make it look like. For new, I prefer Costco and Sam’s. For “name brand”, I’ve had good luck with Lagos and Monica Vinader. Lagos in particular does some sub-$300 earrings with 14k posts that are very nice. |
