Would be helpful to know where you live?
I swim laps at Fairland twice a week around 930am. I do see an adult class doing beginner lessons. There’s one instructor and 5-6 adults learning. |

| Fairfax County Rec Centers. Look in the Parks and Rec catalog. They have adult learn to swim classes. Good luck! |

Cub Rub specifically has individual lesson and Swimming 1 if you are truly a beginner. If you know the basics but are trying to start swimming for exercise, they have lap swim lite.
