I come from a family of artichoke fans, my Dad particularly. He'd grill them, steam them, put the jarred ones in things. He usually orders artichok3s if he sees them on a menu.

My parents are coming to visit and I was wondering if anyone had any particular artichoke dishes they love at restaurants in the DMV. Any kind of dish.

Fried baby artichokes. I already liked artichokes when I first tried these, but fried artichokes are next level delicious.
These were Jewish -Italian style baby artichokes.
