cheapest place to buy alcohol? (DC/MD/VA?)

I need to stock up on hard liquor for a party. I live in MD near the DC border but will be in VA this week. Anyone compared prices at MD/VA ABC stores vs. DC liquor stores? Thanks!

Costco in DC, bonus is you can return anything unused.
Maybe rite-aid in Annapolis? It was cheap when I lived there years ago.

Virginia is far and away more expensive. Specific items are sometimes cheaper in Maryland but it depends on sales. On the average DC is cheapest.
