Why am I getting ads for this vehicle on IG? Can someone please tell me more? Reminds me of an older Landcruiser or Range Rover but with modern amenities.

Sadly, appears to have about the same mpg, too. The new Defender bears some resemblance to the classic, though, whereas the 2017+ Discovery went far astray. |

| Speaking of old Defenders, I saw what I believe was an old Defender truck with the long wheelbase and a canvas / tarp top over the "bed"; top was rolled up at sides and people (teens?) were riding in the back in seats facing each other. Street legal?? |

Older Land Rover Defenders virtually always are street legal in the US. That one does not sound illegal. |

British billionaire wanted a "new" old Defender and Land Rover wouldn't build it for him, so he built it himself and is now selling them. I've heard pretty positive things so far |
