Does anybody with DC auto insurance know of an insurance company that allows driver exclusions for teenage drivers

Have multiple cars with GEICO and want to eventually have soon to be teenage licensed driver insured for a specific older car / however it seems that GEICO does not allow that flexibility for DC insurance policies.

Does anybody with DC auto insurance know of a insurer that will allow a teen driver to be registered for just one vehicle and not ALL the others on the policy?
