Free tutoring through DC Library- Brainfuse?

Has anyone's child utilized these free tutoring services through DC library? Curious on your experience before we shell out for Varsity tutors or one of the other services. Thanks for sharing insights-

I have friends who used it, and said it was incredible. Very little known free resource.

Is it any good at the high school level?

My kids used it while in public and now while in private. It’s a solid resource. We mostly use it for homework help.
