What did the recent community letter say?

Was there a third letter sent out?

There was one community letter that said a noose was found but they identified and interviewed the students and concluded it was not intended to be racial in nature or threatening.

There was a second community letter that was a mea culpa that basically said we stand by our earlier communication that the incident was not intended to be racial in nature or threatening, but we're sorry for not acknowledging enough in the first community letter that this kind of incident can cause trauma to the African American community.

That's all I'm aware of in the way of community letters.
