Roof washing

How much have you spent recently? I was just quoted $500 by the company that cleaned my roof two years ago for 200!

It's called a soft wash specifically. This same company was $250 last time (two years ago) Double the cost for the same service is insanity to me. We have to do it (HOA rule), tile roof.

Tile and 2300 sqft. The cost just makes no sense to me in that it's double from last time! They were there about 1.5 hours when they last came.

This is a DC board and we don’t do this so we don’t know? “Soft washing” is just spraying with bleach so you could try just doing that yourself. Buy 30 second cleaner (it’s just bleach). It attaches to the hose. Is this Florida? Does your HOA require a company do it?
