LeCrueset - Warranty! PSA (I'm late)

Anonymous
Posting on the off-chance someone may not be aware.

I have a few items (mostly stoneware) from when I had more money and less children. I have a 4.5Q rectangle dish that I love, but it's bulky and it developed a spreading crack from the center and made its way up the side. I'd guess I've used it less than 25 times over the last 10-12 years, but so beautiful. Somehow in the annals of my mind I thought they may have some kind of warranty. One form, and about three photos later, I get a note asking me to pick a color for a replacement. One day.

Love them!

They are really amazing! Did you get a new color or stick with the same one?

I've had it over 50 years; no need to replace. Great stuff. Even works with my new induction.

They didn't have the original (deep red) color, but they just told me to give them my top three color choices. No complaints. Replacement will be here in about 1-2 weeks.
