I love Cuban food and have only had it in Florida and once in NYC.

Are there any places in the dmv?

Sabor de cuba in Fredrick is delicious. I’m Puerto Rican (so very similar food to Cuba) and I love it. Colada Shop has been awful the last few times I’ve been- found a hair in my food twice during the same visit.

Cuba de Ayer in Burtonsville. Very out of the way but excellent pernil, among other things.

Maybe you mean Mi Cuba Cafe. It closed — in around July I think. Not sure if it is permanent.

I haven’t been to that one but it is a sequel to one that was in silver spring that was good. I’ve been meaning to try it.

Yes. Try El Sapo Social Club in SS instead.
