| Daughter is tiny and hard to fit. Ordered from Princess Polly and non of the dresses fit. Online options are proving difficult Looking for recommendations for brick and mortar store in the Va/Md/DC area. Extra points for non department store options. Thanks! |

| How big is she? My DD is also small (5’, 90 lbs.) and fits into XXS from places like Windsor. If she’s significantly smaller than that, she’ll likely need her dress tailored to fit her. Places like JJ’s house (online) will do it, but it will take time. |

| We've had luck at Alter'd State. Used to have one at Tysons, I think it's in other DMV malls. Lots of dresses. |

Trixxi brand is sold in department stores (Macy's for sure and maybe JC Penny) has XXS dresses that fit my 90 pound daughter. Not all of their dresses are offered in XXS and they have a lot of more casual options, so it may be hit or miss. This one is XXS:
