MSI classic 3 divisions - difference?

| MSI classic has three divisions. Are they just mix and match, or results from the previous season moves the team around? Tks! |

| They try to use prior record to divide the teams. Brand new teams to Classic tend to be automatically placed in lowest division. Teams also request division placement when registering, but not sure if that factors in. |

| Yes, they use results to place teams. In DC's experience, there was a big difference between divisions 1 and 2 in Classic. The highest D1 teams were comparable to lower level travel teams. |
