Our personal chef makes a pretty amazing one. Our brunch guests have raved about it and it's often requested when we have guests visiting.

Unfortunately he is not available for you.

Personal chef poster is all over these boards. Deep as a puddle, nothing to envy.

Anyone know where to get eggs sardou? It's like eggs Benedict but with artichokes.

I think it’s mostly a matter of being the right amount hungover.

Very helpful response. Can you ask him for the recipe and post here? TIA!

Original Pancake house in Rockville has really excellent eggs Benedict. Better than most fancy restaurants.
The hash browns are disappointing but actually reheat well the next day if you fry them at home in olive oil

Have you noticed any neighbors’ pets disappearing recently?

+1 on everything. We order extra hash browns and air fry them in batches as the week goes on.

There used to be a restaurant in Georgetown overlooking the C&O canal. They made eggs benedict with a crabcake instead of Canadian bacon. Really, really good. That restaurant is long gone and I don't recall the name. They made the best eggs benedict in the land.

Clyde’s of Georgetown is still around there and they also have the crab cake Benedict on the brunch menu, called ‘Eggs Chesapeake’
Never had it but sounds good
