Anyone been to the White Barn Inn recently?

| My husband ans I want to do a 2-3 day trip in Oct/Nov and was considering the White Barn Inn. Has anyone been there recently? Is it worth the price? We did a three day trip to BlackBerry Mountain last year and loved it so looking for something similar for a fall long weekend. Any ideas are welcomed! |

| Have you considered Twin Farms? White Barn is nice but it is only the inn-- if you like the larger property and activities at Blackberry, you won't get the same feeling at White Barn. |

| I looked at Twin Farms and wow, it is expensive! 3k per night minimum and 3 night minimum. Any cheaper ideas? |

This sounds like a fantastic trip. Southern Maine that time of year is beautiful and the food at White Barn Inn is superb |
