Final Transcript in Aspen?

| DC graduated from DCPS in May. Needs a copy of the final transcript. It seems we may not have downloaded and saved a copy anywhere. When I try to log into Aspen, all of DC's information is gone. Do they kick you out of Aspen after you graduate? Is there any way to get another copy of the transcript other than calling the school? Just wondering if I am doing something wrong or the information is all really gone. |

| Not sure, but I imagine it would kick you out altogether. But it still let you log in? |

| Yes, I can log in. But, all info about my student is missing. DC is now in school and needs a copy of final transcript to apply for some things in college and it may take 30 days to get a copy according to the school website. I thought I could download a copy from Aspen but all the info is missing. |

| Depending on the school the counselor can print one out for you. |

| Yes, Aspen removes students once they graduate. My kid got a printed version of his final transcript before he graduated; I would call the school and see what they can provide. |
