Do high value handbags like Chanel and LV make you as much of a target as jackets like Canada Goose and Moncler?

Curious about this as I still see a good number of luxury handbags out and about. I’m surprised these do not make people a target for robbery.

No. In the DC region, most of the bags are fake.

Watch some of the video. Anyone is a target. Did you see the video of the young woman walking to brunch a few weeks ago in DC? I am not sure it was a fancy bag that brought her attackers out of the car to jump and rob her. At a min. everyone has a phone (linked to cash apps etc.) and a credit card or two.

DP. I can definitely afford one, and I think it’s absurd to spend $4,500+ on a bag that doesn’t do anything a $75 bag doesn’t.
