Out of state embryo storage

Does anyone’s clinic store their embryos or eggs out of state? I just got a notice that Dominion is moving all frozen embryos and eggs to Colorado for storage. No one at their office has replied to my questions about why they are doing this. Looking for reassurance that it will be fine…just feels like introducing additional points of failure with transport now and when it comes time to transfer one.

Maybe in case VA or state they are in goes deep red and embryos have new legal regime.

Why wouldn’t they simply move them to MD in that case? It seems risky to transport them that far.

mine are in NY bc I used CNY and traveled for IVF- but they havent been moved. Where are they now?

Dominion has them locally in Virginia

OP here - I did and no reply which is making me more nervous about this. Do I really have to schedule an appointment to get my questions answered? Consider this a review of the clinic!
