Mocktail kit for gift?

Looking for recommendations for some sort of mock tall kit as a gift. Appreciate any leads and thanks!

Do you think someone will like this? If they don't drink, why would they want to pretend to?

NP here, I am sorry as I don’t have a lead. But to respond to PP, I have cut down a lot on my intake of alcoholic cocktails over the past couple of years, but still love a good non alcoholic mixed drink!

OP, are you looking for the physical mixing equipment (shaker, strainer, etc.), or for some kind of premade cocktail mixer?

If the former, you'd just use a standard cocktail kit. Nothing about it requires you to add alcohol to the mixed components. If the latter, it would help if you indicated is you were thinking of something sweet, or more clean tasting, cream-based or fruit juice as a base, exotic or familiar, etc.

OP here. It’s for my husband who went through chemo. We never drank much but switched to mocktails during his treatment and never went back. Thought it would be fun to try to make some at home. More on the fruity not actually tasting like booze side, if that helps.

I've had their Bee's Knees and Paloma mocktails and liked them.

I’d fill a gift crate with:
good tonics (fever tree, navy hill) and seltzers
citrus fruits
a few varieties of bitters
garnishes like dehydrated limes or luxardo cherries
a cocktail mixer, strainer, handheld citrus juicer and long stirrer spoon (if you don’t have these items)
fun cocktail glasses
recipe cards with some mocktail recipes*

* if you have some mocktail recipes you like, you could better tailor what is in the crate to those ingredients

Don't forget the actual 0-proof alcohol! Ritual makes some good ones.

Why? OP stated that she wants the flavor "not actually tasting like booze." Seems counterproductive.

Maybe a recipe book and some harder-to-find ingredients (syrups and bitters, or fun garnishes like blue pea for color): https://www.tasteofhome.com/collection/mocktail-recipe-books/

I don’t use 0 proof alcohol in my mocktails- I usually make a combo of fresh squeezed juices, pureed fruits, seltzers, and fun garnishes.
