Brain blip – character with last name Orlando

Oh my gosh, I hope someone can help. I’m having a brain blip, but there’s a character on either a TV show or a movie last name Orlando. I feel like he’s some kind of comedy character. Kind of like Gene Parmesan from Arrested Development. Tommy Orlando? Johnny Orlando? I just can’t place the name and what show they were in. To be clear, this is the character names, not real life person name.
