pediatric orthopedist?

Looking for an assessment for my toe-walking two year old from a competent orthopedist. Any recommendations? Thanks very much!

I liked Thomas Ryan in Bethesda... found him very sensible.

To add... I don't think he works with children exclusively, and my daughter is older, but I think he's a competent orthopedist who also sees children.
