Conservative (professionally not politically) dentist in Baltimore area

Hello! Like so many of you, I just wrapped up my child's pediatric dentist visit with extreme recommendations that took me by surprise - several crowns, an extraction, an additional filling, all under anesthesia at the hospital.
The hospital is booked up months ahead, so they didn't try to schedule me or give me any estimates. Note that we went to a pediatric dentist because our family dentist suggested that the pediatric dentist do their cavities, so this is a dentist I've never been to before.

That's a LOT, I don't know if this is warranted, I don't have that expertise, but I don't want to put my child through sedation at the hospital and that much dental work if it is not necessary, and also I don't know if I have enough money to pay for so much work, or if insurance would cover it.

The problem is, we are located in south Baltimore, and therefore the recommendations on similar threads on DCUM are too far for us to feasibly go (though if I had to I would travel farther away.... but I work part-time and have two other younger children I need to drag with me.)

I would like to ask, does anybody have recommendations for a (professionally) conservative dentist that works on children's teeth, who can give a second (or third) opinion, in the Baltimore/ Ellicott City/ Columbia/Glen Burnie/ Annapolis areas?
