Popes Head/Cochester vs 28

| I know that both options stink, but I'm wondering if I take Pope's head to Colchester to Braddock is that better than getting on 66 and getting on 28? This would be to get to Chantilly by Lee and walney. I cannot stand getting off ob the Dulles exit on 66 with the endless lane merge into 28. What would you suggest? |
