dairy lunches for two year old

our two year old will be at a Jewish nursery school-so no meat-what are some lunch items/menus that have gone over well with your toddler? I plan on giving him pasta, hummus, eggs-what else??

-home made breads (banana bread, zucchini bread...)

Rice dishes, guacamole, soups, stews (omitting meat and made with vegetable stock), and any vegan dish would obviously fit the bill!

A cheese sandwich with his favorite spreads? Or, at that age, cheese spread (cream cheese or other)/nut butter/hummus with veggies and pita triangles to dip? Also yogurt with honey and fruit to dip into it.

mini bagel with cream cheese worked best for my DC

other options in our rotation:

crackers and cheese
cream cheese and jelly or butter and jelly sandwich
yogurt with fruit
pasta with butter (or mac and cheese but my DC doesn't eat it)

tuna or egg salad in mini pitas.

pizaa bagels (my son would eat them cold)
