I run about 4-5 days a week, usually 4-6 miles at a time with a long run on the weekend. I currently have an Apple Watch that I use to track distance with Nike run app and listen to music/podcasts on Spotify. I’m interested in getting a Garmin for better data and programs, but don’t under how audio is synced with a Garmin. Do I have to download music/podcasts before heading out? Are there ways to have at least podcasts automatically synced?
I have no idea which model I would want, so if there are specific models I would need, that would be helpful to know. |
Look at the forerunner line. I have the 265s because it’s the only S offered and I am a woman with small wrists.
I use my watch to download playlists on Spotify. I don’t edit my playlist but I can manually have it update. It’s really fast, done while I stretch. I don’t listen to podcasts but it should be easy to upload them. I start the music before I turn on the guided run (always a daily suggested run) |
