Donation request from teachers

K teacher send an optional class donation list including wipes, toilet paper, snacks etc.. I wonder if teacher prefer K kid bring to them, I drop off at administration or send them package? It is probably easier for me if I just order from amazon/target and ship to school in her name with a message. Does school office or teacher hate to get donation items that way by shipping? I drop off my kid everyday at beforecare and I work from home on some days, I can carry them & drop off at school administration.

Dropping off in the office is fine, Amazon delivery with c/o teachers name is fine, in kids backpack is fine. The teacher will appreciate it no matter the delivery.

As it is a kinder kid, send it via Amazon.

I’ll take any donation in any way.

A teacher needing to request toilet paper is a new low. I've taught for 30+ years, and have paid for a ton of my own supplies, but at least the TP was provided! Hopefully, I am misunderstanding and she

An amazon delivery is great! So, is dropping at the office or sending it in with the kid, but if Amazon is easiest do that.

Some K classrooms have their own bathroom and it's a pain to keep requesting supplies for it.

I mean it's a pain to keep requesting supplies from the administration so it's easier of if parents can donate some items for the bathrooms.

I've done it all three ways. I've mailed it to the school with the teachers name, I've dropped it off in the office labeled, and I've put it in my child's backpack or an extra bag (usually in the backpack in elementary school and emailed the teacher to get it as we had a principal who got angry at teachers for asking for donations).

MVA teachers didn't need to ask for toilet paper or cleaning supplies.

So instead of ensuring that the school district is supplying the bathroom you believe that parents should send in donations? SMH.

Depends adult diapers would be thoughtful bc my teachers are not allowed/unable to go potty and if they had this product they could just go while teaching and change later.

Yep, depends should be on every teacher's list. And extras for central office workers who as announced will be working visiting schools this year.

The toilet paper supplied is crazy thin which is why a teacher might request, especially if it's for a K bathroom that's in the classroom.
