Is there a thread for MOM's? Didn't find one.
Will more locations open in MD? Where? It is a long drive to the one in College Park but that store is more spacious so shopping more comfortable. |
Go to MOM’s website for all of their locations. There’s a store in Rockville and they’re opening a new store in Silver Spring soon. |

I love MOM's and go to the one in Rockville any time I'm driving up there anyway.
They are opening a Silver Spring store this fall at 8789 Georgia Ave. and one one of these days in DC by the Van Ness metro. Here's one update from late last spring: https://www.foresthillsconnection.com/news/progress-at-moms-organic-market-work-at-rosedale-dog-haus-targets-late-2024-opening/ |
| VanNess ideal location. Let's walk to MOM's not drive. Can't wait to stop shopping at WFoods |
| I like the Rockville location the best. MOM’s has the greatest produce. |
All organic |
| Produce real expensive, even compared to WF. |
Whole Foods is garbage. MOM’s produce is great. |
| This is sort of an odd post, you realize Moms is not a new chain correct? Also, you mentioned having to drive all the way to College Park, but we have no idea where you even live. |
| I used to shop at MOMs before I had kids and then when I had babies. Now that im feeding teens there is no way we could save for college if we did all our shopping there. |
Yes, because walking to Mom’s makes you extra virtuous! 🙄 I love Mom’s produce, and sometimes they have some unique finds that I don’t see it other grocery stores. |
Of course. Shouldn't that be all of ours goal? That or taking cleaner transit. |
| Problem is that is filled with a lot of eccentric and rude customers and employees. |
| We shop at the one in Alexandria. I’m sure many here would turn up their nose because of its location near where the Latin American immigrants live. |
| We shop at the one in Ivy City. |
