Dual enrollment at Montgomery College

For people who has recent (in the past year) experience with OSSE consortium dual enrollment at Montgomery College, did you have to contact DCPS to resolve the account balance for any classes taken? DC is taking classes at MC through the consortium and the accounts page shows a balance but in earlier presentations, the DCPS representative mentioned that DCPS pays for classes.

We are at NVCC this semester, and the NVCC dual enrollment coordinator said to ignore the account balance notices. They said not to worry, DC/OSSE will pay, but the transaction is scheduled to take place later in the semester, after the add/drop period ends.
