I’m not sold on the black cabinets or some of the bathroom vanities, but basically this house is gorgeous.

The only nice part about it is the outside space. Interior is a mess.

love it. the wallpapered small bathroom with the pink tiled wall is so good. and the purple radiator!

I like it! Looks a smidge interior designer-ish. Not all the way though. Otherwise standard house layout but with 3 floors plus basement. Seems big.

Anyone know:

- What color green is on picture 23? Arsenic F&B? I’m surprised I like the color.

- What kind of trees are behind the hot tub in picture 64? I would like something similar.

Yeah I actually wondered if they pulled some of it back in service of “staging.” I’m not sure what’s left is still working, and I abhor “accent” walls. But still, A for effort! And I love the house. The front is a storybook to me.

I really like the house and design.

I would want to turn the studio back into a garage as I don’t like street parking but that costs extra $. I think for this price off-street parking should be included without having to pay extra.

Don’t love the appliances in kitchen. For high end homes you need high end appliances- Wolf, SubZero, Viking, Miele, etc. Granted I can’t see the brand but they don’t look high end.

I have a home worth a lot less and have all high end appliances. I feel they last longer, cook better, and add value. The fridge looks to not be cabinet width and sticks out. I don’t like having a microwave instead of a nice vented hood over the stove. It’s personal preference but many clients who can afford $2.9 will notice the small things.

One can easily change the appliances but that also costs extra $.

I love color so do appreciate their style. I do think the price is a bit high.

Love everything about this house! Even the purple tiles. Wouldn't change a thing.

Not a fan of that style of stucco so hard pass.

$2.9 million with a $1k range. No thanks.

Over-priced. If you're rich it won't matter, but when the recession hits somebody is going to be underwater on the mortgage.

It's storybook pretty. I like everything about this house except the kitchen cabinets. But if you can afford a $3M house what's a little cabinet replacement cost, even if it comes with a $50K price tag? I would also have liked to see more shade (trees) in the backyard.

All looks dated and overdone. It looks like they are repainted and nothing special.

Love it. It looks personal and livable—I could move right in and be happy.

I agree it’s overpriced by a lot. Kitchen looks cheap. In a 2.9 million dollar home the kitchen should be amazing.

What price do people think it’s worth?

Yep, and a similarly cheap fridge that can’t even fully open because of the wall. I have a hard time believing so many posters really like this house. Seems more like one person hyping it up . The exterior is nice but the interior needs some work to make it look cohesive and the kitchen would be a hard pass for me at this price point.
