I see all these new apartment buildings rising up in downtown Bethesda. Can anyone recommend a particular building, preferably with a nice gym and maybe a pool?

| A friend of mine has a really nice place in the Elm. I haven't seen the fitness center, but the pool and roof spaces are nice. |
