Anyone switch from Lexapro to Wellbutrin successfully?

My DD has gained over 10lbs in 3 months on 10mg of Lexapro. All while playing club soccer. She does say she is crazy hungry all the time and she also gets heartburn. She is self realizing the gain over the last 3 weeks and started trying to eat less, takes the med at bedtime, and works out more and still gained a pound. Sadly it's the only SSRI that has worked somewhat, but she is also on Concerta which has seemed to improve her anxiety, fidgeting, and impulses a lot more than Lexapro - but it could be the combo? Either way, she is ready to get off or at least decrease Lexapro and I don't want her worrying about the weight. Her sister takes Wellbutrin and that works well for her and her therapist said many people take it with a stimulant for ADHD/anxiety success.

I guess I am debating decreasing a med that seems to work but has a few side effects for a med that may not work. Has anyone take small doses of both instead along with a stimulant? Or is it usually one stimulant and one SSRI or one NDRI?
