I’m sure this is what people mean. APS has their own issues, like FCCPS. We need someone new and not more of the same. Sorry, that’s wishful thinking, APS. |

| ha yes- having been in APS and FCCPS- Noonan is vastly superior to Duran. Duran's antics would never fly in FCC. I have mixed feelings about the Noonan departure. I hope he is okay- he seems awfully young to retire. I do not think he is perfect, and I have my issues with him- but I have also seen Noonan do a lot of good. |

| I'm surprised he didn't stay until youngest in college, i think there was more pushback with the Board than before, I like that the new Board(well not all of them but most of them) is more moderate, so hopefully we get someone like that as well. |

His core skill is DEI and hiring admin for central office. |

I worked for him for a few years and I feel the same way. Not perfect but did a lot of good. I too hope he is okay because I really like him as a person. Hard to say who's next, probably a national search. He gave them a lot of lead time. |
