Wegovy and lack of sex drive

My husband has been Wegovy for about 9 weeks or so and he has lost 15 pounds which is great news. The bad news is that his sex drive has taken a big hit. He admits to having more fatigue but otherwise he feels fine. We use to have sex about twice a week, we are in our late 50s, but it’s been almost three weeks. I strongly encouraged him to go on Wegovy but I didn’t expect this. If you are on Wegovy or Ozempic are you seeing this problem?

No, but nine weeks isn’t very long and his body is having a big change. Can you just give him some time before you worry about it? It took me almost a year to kind of level off on it as far as side effects (other ones).
