I got fair pricing from Landmark using AAA pricing, good discount and smooth process. Other dealerships would only give price if I came into dealership.

If you want the best price, competition is your friend. Don't go to the dealership. Send an email to all the Honda dealers in the area with the specific make, model, and any features you want and ask for the "off the lot" price. Then, compare offers from your inbox.

This.

A new Accord is the same whether or not you buy it from dealer A, B or C. Shop around and get “Out the Door” price.

Landmark Honda is terrible! Stay away from them for both car sales, parts and service they're such a rip off.

I recently bought a used car, not a Honda, at Sheehy Honda. They have their prices listed on their website and seem to give reasonable discounts without any negotiating. I got a great price on the used car I bought and, despite their reluctance, eventually negotiated with me. While I was there I talked to a new car salesperson who said he had been working there nearly 20 years. He was a pretty low key guy who seemed like he would be good to work with.

OP here. The email strategy has worked in the past but more and more are refusing to quote you unless you come in. It’s annoying.

Bill Page was fine til the finance guy tried to add something extra and used much higher rate. Bethesda one found million things to be replaced with my barely driven Honda. I sold it to another dealership and they put it on sale the next day as in excellent condition.
They are all out to make money. Find the right price for the car and all the paperwork shouldn't be more than $2000-$2500.

I emailed a bunch of dealers and got the best pricing and very smooth process at Joyce Koons Honda in Manassas. For a Honda CRV back in January.

We just got a good quote from them, 1000 less than any other. What issues did you have?

This is a stretch for "DMV" but we got a great deal from Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg. Service was decent, too.

We had bad experiences with Bethesda Honda (mark-up) and Tysons Honda (required fees like microbial something and Armor-all coating).
