Do any APS middle schools allow time after lunch to hang out on or go outside?

Better than it was pre pandemic. My DD couldn’t even go outside during lunch at all back then. I emailed principal looking to get some opportunity to get outside during the day, and it was PE only. |

Gunston lets kids eat outside. They have 36 minutes for lunch so I imagine some of that is just hanging around outside. Then they have PE, which seems to just be them playing outside |

Yes. HBW has an open campus and a minuscule cafeteria. 6th and 7th graders cannot leave the block the school is on, but 8th graders can take themselves out to lunch if they want. |
