Trace Camera consultant/tutor

Am I crazy that I want to pay someone to create my kids highlight reel and also teach my 11 year kid how to do it on his own moving forward.

I know I can do all of this but I have zero time and would just like to get it done so I can use it.

Anyone have any recommendations on how to find someone?

Not crazy to pay for someone to do video editing, although most kids can do this easily on their own. The bigger question is why do you need highlight videos for an 11 year old?!
