| We are getting a dog shortly and need everything. We've been to Petco and Petsmart; both are fine. Any other great stores we should be looking at? |
| Chewy, online. |
| Thanks, PP. Any brick and mortar stores in the area you would recommend? |
| Big Bad Woof in Takoma Park is great, especially if you need special orders. I think there's one in Hyattsville now, too |
| Doggy Style |
| Weber’s Pet Supermarket |
| I bought everything off Amazon. I like reading reviews and judging how accurate they are by their volume and consistency. How am I supposed to know the pros and cons of a product by browsing in the store? It’s nice to support local, smaller stores when you already know what you’re looking for, though. |
| I like the one next to the post office on MacArthur Blvd. It's boutiquey, but not chichi. I would not buy my dog food there (get a non-boutique brand from Chewy), but they are great for collars and toys and things. |
| Amazon, cheesy and Walmart. Sleepypod for safe car travel. |
Oh I've never heard of this place; thanks! |
Love Weber's. The staff is generally very knowledgeable and helpful. |
| Felix and Oscar in Kingstown is great |
| Weber's they have a few locations. Fairfax, McClean and I think Reston. |
Takoma DC is the only location. The one in Hyattsville closed before COVID. |
I didn't know they had a store in McLean. They have one in Chantilly as well. |
