Quince furniture?

Anonymous
We’re looking for a smallish couch for a vacation home and a quince email came in about leather sofa (yes, the internet is listening)
Has anyone purchased furniture from them? I’m wondering about quality and comfort. Also curious about their return process if we don’t like it. Thanks!

I saw that email too and am curious. I've been pleasantly surprised with the quality of Quince items. In fact, sometimes when there's a clothing item I covet elsewhere, I'll kind of wait to see if Quince will come through with their version!

Hi OP, I’ve never purchased furniture from them but I once had an issue with a leather jacket with a stitch loose. They responded immediately to my inquiry, apologized and told me that since I didn’t want a replacement then I should donate it to charity and got a refund. So all around excellent customer service.

I ordered the leather sofa that was advertised in the email. Should arrive in 4-6 weeks and will update then. It looks gorgeous!

Any update?

I have been told that its better to purchase sofas made in the us because shipping assembled hardwood frames (the strongest option) overseas is cost prohibitive. so maybe check where its made.

I just clicked. The description has all the words I know to look for about sofas and leather.

Did you receive your sofa yet? We’re really considering the leather chaise sectional, but I haven’t found any reviews not on the Quince website.

No way I’d buy furniture from quince. Sure, a sweater maybe. I buy clothes from there and the quality is mixed

I wish they carried apartment-sized sofas. 80 inches won't fit in my living room. I need 60.

I wouldn't buy a sofa from them. I love their jewelry though

Did anyone here receive their leather sofa? Any feedback?

No of course they didn't because they didn't actually buy them.

Don’t fall for this trap - photos seem ok but as you’d expect it’s garbage quality. These seem like cheap disposable sofas - I feel like we will be back in the market for a replacement in 6 months.

I predict it's about as nice as an Ikea one. PASS.
