Need rec for therapist for anxiety issues in NOVA

curious-what are your issues. I am dealing with this myself and am mulling over whether I can handle this with diet/excercise. I have every symptom in the world..numbness in legs, arms, sometimes face, stomach issues, feelings of impending doom..trouble focusings. I have an ill parent and this anxiety stuff has blindsided me.
