DC is moving into an apartment and needs to cover a certain percentage of the floor with carpet/rugs.
Any recommendations for cheap area rugs that are easily moved, Ie. thin/flexible enough to fold and put in the car rather than roll? I’m thinking something almost like a large bathmat. |
| Walmart, Amazon, target online |
Thanks but asking about the type/brand that is foldable/flexible in the way I’m describing… |
| Thx |

Ikea has some that you purchased folded.
Look for flatweave / flatwoven |
I saw several things like this at Costco today. Some very thin, like a Ruggable, some thicker and more like a fur throw rug. |
Yes, search for washable. |
| I would also consider indoor/outdoor rugs. They are low pile and cleanable. Look at Sam’s Club or Costco. |
| Wayfair or Home Sense have the least expensive rugs. |
| Hook and Loom |
| Garden stores like American plant. But those are not inexpensive. |
| Definitely look at Ikea. Get rug pads as well -- theirs are fine and inexpensive. |
