Saag Paneer recipe

Anonymous
Anyone have a killer Saag Paneer to share? (And to be clear ... saag vs palak.) I need to stop ordering out so much, but also need to keep up my greens intake and this is my absolute favorite dish.

There are few Indian recipes that I make regularly since most don’t seem as good as restaurant dishes but I really enjoy this recipe and make it regularly.

Trader Joe’s has palak paneer, not saag paneer.

What're the main differences?

I make the one from “vegan for everybody” (atk) and use tofu for paneer. It’s one of best ways to eat greens!

My understanding is palak is spinach only, saag paneer is usually made with mustard greens. I use what I can find, which is usually spinach.
