| Anyone’s elementary schooler still having nighttime issues? How do you manage? |
| Has anyone had to switch back to nighttime pull-ups after trying to go without? |
| yes - several times with my now 8 year old. It finally clicked for him when he was 7. And also with my 5 year old. We tried with her for about 3 weeks and are back to Good Nights. |
| My almost 12 year old does and based on family history he will continue to have issues until he's 13 or 14, He wears pullups to bed. |
| My 8.5 yo is still in goodnites. Not worried. |
| Is there any difference between the Goodnites and regular pull-ups? |
The regular pull ups were less absorbent/more prone to leaks for my kid. |
Are the Goodnites bulkier than the other pull-ups? |
Yes, they are. |
That’s ludicrous |
|
Yes, about 2x/week. He's 9. I suspect it has something to do with his sinus issues. There has been some research linking snoring/congestion/mouth-breathing to prolonged bed-wetting, but I think it's pretty hit or miss. We're going to try an ENT soon.
He also has ADHD and I wonder if that's a factor. |
Does he wear a pull-up to bed? |
| Almost 10-year-old wets every night. He wears pull-ups with thick absorbent liner. Doctor said very common with boys, most likely will grow out of it by 12 years old. My nephew had the same issue. The doctor son’s has the same issue. Very common. Do not make a big deal out of it and do not make your son feel shame. We have tried acupuncture and it didn’t work. Save your money and wait it out! |
| If it’s still an every night thing then he definitely needs to wear some kid of protection. Does it bother him at all to still be wearing a pull-up? |
Also Goodnites are offered in bigger sizes. |
