Novel that has DCUM in it!

I did a search and didn't see this discussed earlier.

Someone on the August book thread recommended a book by Bethesda writer Aggie Blum Thompson. That wasn't available at the library, so I read her first one, which really skewers Bethesda moms. So now I'm listening another of her books about suicides, or possible murders, by students at a fictitious DC private school called Washington Prep. Like her other book there's a lot of mocking references to the striving uber moms in the area. But this book, All the Dirty Secrets, includes lots of posts on DCUM, which are very close in tone to the real thing...although that's not hard to do.

This book's protagonist lives in AU Park and there are a lot of local places in it. It's not great literature but a good listen while I'm exercising or folding laundry, etc.

Any other books that have DCUM?

An Honest Woman, memoir that just came out, by a woman who worked as a high class sugar baby in DC. Her clients sound like they walked out of the pages of the DCUM Relationships section.

That's hilarious. I kind of want to read that book now.

Oh! I just read one that did. It's a Privilege Just to be Here has quotes that sound like they are on here. BUT the book is fairly boring and predictable.

OP here. The book I mentioned with DCUM in it has similar private DC school and DEI themes, but is much more engaging. I gave up on It’s a Privilege Just to be Here about a third of the way in.
