Small team options for 4.5 year old?

My daughter is interested in soccer but the big, camp style environments aren’t great for her - too many people, overwhelming, hard to pay attention to the coach. This was through a Kick for Tots class (Khartoum Stockton soccer?).

Any soccer teams I can look into for her to learn how to play that aren’t huge numbers of participants? We’re in Arlington.

My daughter was overwhelmed by the bigger groups at that age too! Keep an eye out for the Arlington rec soccer program, i think that starts at age 5. They should place her on a smaller team where she will probably like it more.

Or think about starting a Takoma soccer team or DCSC soccer team for her school. You'd have to coach though

I'd also recommend Scorpion League with DCXI in Takoma DC
