| No bedtime at MS/HS. MS usually expect to see them going to bed around 10/10:30. HS somewhere between 10-12 depending on homework. |

Middle School - usually reading by 9:00 and asleep by 10:00 at the latest.
My highschooler has been fiercely protective of her sleep but she is a junior this year and I think her nights will get later. Last year she was always in bed by 10. |

| For those who kids go to bed after you, do your kids wake up on their own? My son is starting 9th grade and struggles to get to bed at a reasonable time and to wake up on his own. I’d like to get him to start figuring this out but it’s been a real struggle. |
