Lunch dress attire - L’Auberge Chez Francois?

Anonymous
Going here for lunch, and am wondering what would be okay to wear for women.

Would business casual be okay, like gray slacks and a blouse? I also have a more casual dress (cotton thing).

When in doubt, I'll search for a venue's tag on IG and see what people are wearing.

Business casual is fine for lunch at L'Auberge.

If you like souffle, order one, they are great. You have to order it at the beginning of the meal.

Thanks for the tip about the soufflé!

I don’t have Instagram. But seems like I should be okay with bus casual.

You are fine. While people do dress up for dinner there, lunch can be more casual. Here's a picture: https://www.connectionnewspapers.com/news/2023/jan/25/rotary-club-great-falls-marks-giving-milestone/?template_preference=desktop

If they have any soft shells they are great. Don't eat the croutons on the house salad. It is very garlicky. Not so.much as in the past but still..

Just wanted to pop back in here. Lunch was a delight! Thanks for making me feel good about the clothes before I went.
